Interior
Bedroom
- The beds are freshly made before arrival. For longer stays: change bed linen after 7 days? Is this then included in the price?
- How many pillows are available upon arrival? Just a large one (80×80) or also a small one (80×40)? If only one large one, then perhaps additional pillows in the wardrobe?
- Duvet: All year-round duvet or according to the season? Maybe extra duvets (thin for summer; thick for cold seasons) in the wardrobe?
Bathroom
- A large shower towel and a hand towel as well as a shower mat are available for you in the bathroom. Do you have to bring your own beach towels?
- Is there a hairdryer? (if so, where is it located? e.g. in the cupboard under the sink)
Kitchen
- Tea towels and dishcloths (possibly a new dishwashing sponge) are available
- Furthermore, there are: garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets (if these are to be available for the entire stay [one tab per day], or 3/4 of them, then the guests would have to buy additional ones. Personally, I think it would be good for the entire stay, this can be taken into account in the overall price calculation)
WC/Guest toilet
- Guest towels are available in every toilet
Sauna
- The sauna is located in the basement. Can the sauna be used? If yes, should sauna towels/bathrobe be provided? Maybe with a fee?
- Instruction manual, is there one?
Fireplace
- Dispose of the ashes in a steel bucket next to the fireplace and in the carport?
- Firewood/lighter: Is it available for single use? Should the guest then buy it themselves or should it be included in the total price?
Outdoor Area
The outdoor area has a terrace and a garden. Is there also a grill?
- Garden furniture/seat cushions/umbrella can be found WHERE?
- Grill yes/no? Which grill? coal/gas; Are cleaning utensils available (grill brush)?
We ask you to clean the grill after use!
House Rules
- Please leave street shoes in the cloakroom.
- Rest periods? from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.?
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house! However, you can smoke in the garden/terrace.
- Pets are not allowed!
- Damage: Nobody intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be pleased if you informed us of the damage. (Perhaps a damage form here?)
- We would also like to point out that parties and events of any kind are not permitted in our holiday home.
